Stephanie joined Meritech in 2020 and is Meritech's General Counsel, advising the team on venture investments, deal structuring and execution, as well as portfolio company and general corporate matters.

Prior to joining Meritech, Stephanie was general counsel for a Bay Area-based investment advisory firm. Earlier in her career, Stephanie practiced with Cooley, focusing on representing venture capital and private equity firms in their management, formation, fund-raising and investment activities, and with O'Melveny & Myers in the areas of M&A, private equity, and general corporate and securities matters.  

Stephanie enjoys hiking, opera, botanical gardens and cheering at her daughter's basketball games.

Stephanie is a graduate of UC Berkeley and UCLA School of Law.
