Cathy joined Meritech in 2024 and focuses on enterprise and infrastructure software.

Prior to Meritech, Cathy was an investor at Permira, where she was responsible for sourcing and executing technology growth investments in enterprise software. Cathy started her career at Boston Consulting Group, advising private equity clients on commercial due diligence and growth strategies.

Cathy holds a B.Sc. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she was a member of the lightweight rowing team. She grew up in Las Vegas and enjoys spending time with family in Seoul, Korea. Outside of the office, Cathy can be found skiing, exploring new restaurants or attending live music concerts to recharge.
