Andrew joined Meritech in 2023 and is responsible for investment execution, investor relations, finance & accounting, legal, and operations.

Prior to Meritech, Andrew worked in Morgan Stanley’s investment banking division for eight years in both New York and San Francisco where he advised public and private companies across a breadth of equity, debt, and M&A transactions. As a member of the industrial technology practice, he focused on growth-driven companies spanning a range of sectors including industrial software, advanced mobility, smart infrastructure, and sustainability technology. He also served as Vice President of Finance for a venture-backed robotics AI company, where he built and led the finance organization. Andrew started his career at Lockheed Martin Corporation, where he worked on the corporate development team, in addition to multiple corporate finance stints across the business.

Andrew holds a B.S. in finance from the University of Maryland and an M.B.A. from Georgetown University. 

A native Midwesterner, Andrew lives in San Francisco with his wife and three children.  When he’s not chasing after his kids, he enjoys trail running, St. Louis Cardinals baseball, and puzzles of all kinds.
